14-day withdrawal period:

You can exchange or return an item within 14 working days. It is essential that the product is complete and undamaged. We do not provide refunds. Once opened, packages and products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or restitution. Before returning an item, you must have a return number. Your return number is the same as your order number.

Arrived damaged?

If the item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost after receiving the item within 14 days.

The costs of the return shipment:

The costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. After receiving the return shipment, we will send back the exchanged item within 10 days.
