Shipping policy

We make use of the services of PostNL for the delivery of your order. Our experiences show that within the Netherlands, PostNL takes 1 to a maximum of 2 working days for the delivery of your order.

Delivery Costs:

With us, you pay a fixed contribution for preparing, checking, transporting, and delivering the order. This contribution depends on the weight, ordered items, and shipping address. This contribution is calculated in the checkout process.

Delivery Time of Your Order(s):

Items in stock are shipped within two working days after we have received your payment. If you want to ensure that your order is delivered promptly, choose iDEAL or PayPal when finalizing your order. This is fast, secure, and trusted and guarantees a quicker delivery of in-stock items.

If part of your order has a lead time and another part is in stock, your order will be shipped as soon as all items are in stock. If this takes longer than indicated on our website, we will contact you and send the in-stock items on the next working day. If for any reason there is a delay of more than 3 days between our confirmed receipt of your payment and the moment we hand over your order to our transporter, you will always receive a message from us explaining the reason for the delay and the expected delivery date.

You can check the progress of your order through the 'Account' menu => 'View Order' after you have logged in.

Self Pickup of Your Order(s):

During checkout in our web store, the "pickup" option is visible. If you choose this option, we assume that you will come to pick up your order, and we will not charge any shipping costs. The opening hours are Monday between 13:00 and 16:00, Tuesday and Wednesday between 11:00 and 16:00, and Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00.
